About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate (FSR) in the Gaylord, MI area. This position offers approximately 5 hours per week and a starting pay rate of $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver.
Reliable personal vehicle for regular travel between assigned store locations.
Smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and complete assigned visits within required service windows.
This position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, and climbing ladders, as well as regularly lifting and moving products or materials weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Stock, down-stock, organize, and merchandise a variety of home improvement products.
Build and update displays, set products to planograms (POGs), and complete seasonal resets and product changes.
Install and update price labels, POP signage, marketing materials, and other promotional materials.
Complete inventory counts, product orders, audits, photos, and required project reports.
Keep products stocked, organized, correctly labeled, and presented according to project and client standards.
Build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with store associates, management, and SRS team members.
Manage assigned store visits and communicate promptly about scheduling, attendance, or anything that may impact required service.
