About The Position

This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a Route Merchandiser whose responsibilities will include merchandising, delivery, safe driving, customer service, maintenance and inventory, and communication. This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty supporting our California market. This role is based out of our Hayward Fulfillment Center and will make deliveries throughout the Bay Area.

The role frequently requires lifting items weighing over 50 lbs throughout the day and safely handling bulky items up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

Own client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms.
Successfully complete 5-8 delivery stops during your day where you will safely navigate the loading/unloading of the delivery truck, delivering product directly into our client locations.
Safely maneuver one of our box trucks through a route delivering food, beverages, and smiles to our clients.
Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service.
Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget).
Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork.
