About The Position

AAA Facility Services is seeking a dependable and versatile Route Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. The technician will perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites, respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders, and work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, and doors. They will also complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision, and conduct jobsite walks and inspections to ensure safety.

Requirements

2+ years as a service technician in facility maintenance industry
2+ years experience in plumbing, electrical, painting and light carpentry.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Can work independently and deliver high-quality results.
Has a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Versatility across multiple trades is a plus.
OSHA 10 Certificate

Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
