As a Route Driver, you're more than just the person behind the wheel. You’re the friendly face our customers rely on. Driving one of our company vehicles (around 26' long), you’ll: You’ll be out on the road, meeting people, and staying active—no boring desk job here! Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Friendly, helpful, and dependable
- Good with organization and detail
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. throughout the day
- Committed to great customer service and a great team culture
Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water and 40-pound salt bags to loyal customers
- Occasionally transport equipment and parts
- Provide top-tier customer service at every stop
- Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
- Be the go-to person for our customers' questions and needs
