Darling Ingredients is looking to hire a Route Driver in the Tulsa, OK area. This route delivery position earns competitive pay, depending on experience, starting at up to $23.26 per hour plus OT. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Authorized to work in the US
Valid Class A CDL
Good driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Customer service skills
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Highly organized with superior time management skills
Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
Ability to adapt to changes and work well with others

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience operating a commercial vehicle in a route delivery setting
Experience with truck hydraulics

Responsibilities

Collecting and transporting raw materials from our broad customer base back to facilities and transfer stations.
Driving a straight truck or a tractor-trailer, collecting materials from multiple customers along your route each day.
Managing your route with an onboard computer (OBC) and keeping an up-to-date backup paper log for compliance purposes.
Keeping your truck clean and completing a vehicle condition report on a daily basis.
Providing exceptional professional service to all customers and following all laws and regulations.
Being home every night.
