About The Position

As a Route Driver for our sharpening program, you will be the trusted link between ZWILLING’s legacy and the kitchens that rely on our expertise. As a Route Driver, you will serve as the face of ZWILLING’s sharpening service, providing timely, professional, and courteous pick-up and delivery of knife sets to restaurants, culinary schools, and foodservice partners. You will ensure every client receives expertly sharpened knives, enhancing their kitchen efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Previous route driving or delivery experience preferred; clean driving record required.
- Strong commitment to customer service and representing the ZWILLING brand with pride.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift and transport knife sets and boxes up to 30 lbs.

- Bilingual Skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver freshly sharpened sets & products according to established routes and schedules.
- Uphold ZWILLING’s reputation for quality and professionalism with every client interaction, fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain your delivery vehicle to ZWILLING’s high standards of cleanliness and reliability.
- Work closely with our sharpening technicians and customer service team to coordinate service schedules and address client needs.
