Yankton Route Driver
About The Position
Start and end your shift daily in Yankton, South Dakota, with the possibility of covering other locations as needed to include Norfolk, Nebraska, or Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This job utilizes your CDL license, is a Mon-Fri route that has you home every night, and helps keeps you fit. We are willing to assist the right person with getting their CDL! If a top candidate you may be asked to get your Learner's Permit before a final offer. Once hired with a learner's permit, you will receive a wage increase and our drivers will work with you on getting hands on training and practice. It is our goal to help you obtain your CDL, and when you do you will receive another pay increase and be eligible for bonuses!!! Work 4-5 days per week and start/end daily in Yankton, South Dakota! The route will start in Yankton at approximately 3:30am on Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays. Route drivers start the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers. May occasionally assist with routes in Norfolk, Nebraska, or Sioux Falls, South Dakota as needed.
Requirements
- 18 years old
- Ability to train and obtain CDL within 3 months
- Have a good driving record
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Responsibilities
