About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along an assigned route. The role includes preparing and processing delivery orders, collecting payments, issuing invoices, and providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations. Drivers follow safety protocols and company regulations, maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment, and check in with a supervisor at the end of each route to provide a daily recap.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to engage effectively with strangers and establish professional relationships.
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
Clean and professional appearance.
Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of route experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses efficiently and on time.
Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect related payments and issue invoices.
Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly, maintaining a customer-focused style of service.
Follow safety protocols and company regulations.
