About The Position

This role involves a combination of delivery operations, system maintenance, customer service, sales, route management, administration, and vehicle/inventory safety. The primary focus is on safely delivering products, performing basic equipment maintenance and installations, and acting as a brand ambassador to customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Capable of safely lifting and moving heavy products (frequently lifting up to 50-90 lbs repetitively).
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic aptitude for mechanically-inclined work and basic plumbing/troubleshooting.

Nice To Haves

Prior route, delivery, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training is provided).

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver 5-gallon water bottles, salt bags, and filters to homes and businesses.
Perform standard equipment functionality tests, troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions, and install or remove water treatment systems.
Act as a brand ambassador by addressing customer questions, resolving minor complaints, and educating customers on water quality.
Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment, suggest additional products, and generate new accounts.
Plan and execute your route in the most efficient manner to minimize miles and meet delivery requirements.
Accurately process and execute delivery orders, collect payments, and manage invoices and route books.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, and load/unload products using dollies or forklifts.
