Route Driver Service Representative
About The Position
Mini Melts is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream, growing nationally and seeking leaders and team players to join their united team. The Route Service Representative (RSR) is responsible for representing Mini Melts Ice Cream to various customer locations, ensuring customer needs are met with white glove service. This role involves servicing and stocking vending machines and Grab N Go freezers, delivering product in a company vehicle, and working with leadership to drive brand growth. The RSR will also handle fund collection, equipment maintenance, and reporting through route software.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Report to local depot at beginning of each day to receive routing updates.
- Drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Reliable Transportation to and from work.
- Pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mini Melts Ice Cream to customer locations (Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities).
- Work with decision makers to ensure customer needs are met with white glove service.
- Service and stock Mini Melts provided equipment, including vending machines and Grab N Go freezers.
- Deliver product using a company vehicle (Transit Van).
- Work closely with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brand.
- Collect, secure, and transport funds from vending machines and Grab N Go collections.
- Ensure equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale.
- Perform preventive maintenance on vending machines and Grab N Go freezers, including ice scraping, cleaning, and replacing stickers or signage.
- Update management through route for me software.
- Perform tasks as needed by Depot leadership.
