About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time ROUTE DRIVER - OFFICE COFFEE position. This role involves driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products and service coffee and breakroom equipment. The Route Driver is the face of the company and must project a professional and positive image while maintaining and building excellent client and customer relationships. Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • 3 years driving experience required.
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state), ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
  • Able to work independently, responsible for route, work unsupervised 98% of the work day.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Willing to train!

Responsibilities

  • Service and stock coffee and breakroom accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure equipment and product displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate product needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete daily route responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and grow existing accounts.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all company policies.
  • Fills and maintains vending and related equipment.
