About The Position

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, seeking a Route Driver with a CDL B. Since 1987, Johnson Brothers of Indiana has been one of the state’s largest distributors, serving retail stores, restaurants, and hotels. Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL B with airbrakes
• Previous Delivery Driving experience (not required)
• A good driving record
• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the Plymouth/South Bend, IN and surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines
• High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops
• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service
