About The Position

We're currently hiring Truck Team Members for both full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

• Are 21+ years old
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent service
• Are comfortable with physical work and being active throughout the day
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Can work at least one weekend day
• Have a smartphone capable of downloading company apps

Nice To Haves

• No previous junk removal experience needed.
• Backgrounds in customer service, sales, moving, warehouse work, landscaping, athletics, and general labor are all welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a teammate in one of our iconic blue trucks
• Help customers clear out unwanted items
• Provide friendly service and straightforward pricing explanations
• Safely move furniture, appliances, and other items (75+ lbs)
• Identify items that can be donated or recycled
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure an efficient day
• Deliver an experience that leaves customers saying "Wow!"
