1-800-GOT-JUNK? is expanding its Silicon Valley team to meet increased demand. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, enjoys fast-paced work, and likes helping customers solve problems.
Requirements
- 21+ years old (Commercial insurance requirement)
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
- Comfortable with physical work and staying on your feet
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Positive, dependable team player
- Available to work at least one weekend shift
- Smartphone capable of downloading required apps
Nice To Haves
- Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.
Responsibilities
- Start the day with a teammate and head out in one of our branded trucks
- Meet customers at homes and businesses across Silicon Valley
- Explain our service and provide clear, professional quotes
- Lift, load, and remove items safely (75+ lbs)
- Sort items for donation or recycling whenever possible
- Stay in contact with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
