About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking energetic Truck Team Members/Customer Service Representatives who thrive on results, enjoy physical work, and love engaging with customers while cruising in our junk trucks. This role offers a 4-day work week with 3 days off, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft trucks, removing unwanted items from customer properties, providing excellent customer service, assessing and quoting customers for removal services, and contributing to the company's recycling and donation efforts. This position also helps develop time-management skills as you manage your day like your own business.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age to qualify for commercial insurance underwriting
- Valid non-provisional driver's license (No CDL Required!)
- Clean driving history for the past 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
- A great attitude, reliability, and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Responsibilities
- Driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck to customer locations
- Removing unwanted items from customer's property into our truck
- Providing the ultimate customer experience
- Assessing and quoting customers on the removal of their unwanted items
- Recycling and donating items to keep them out of landfills
- Managing your day like you are running your own business
