About The Position

We’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Route Dispatcher to help keep our technicians efficient, our schedules tight, and our customers happy. This is not a slow desk job, this is a fast-moving, high-impact role where your decisions directly affect daily operations. Requirements
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Quick learner with new software and routing systems
- Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving ability
- Clear, confident communication
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Must be available to work one Saturday per month
Nice To Haves
- You don’t need pest control experience -we’ll train you. The right mindset is what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Build and adjust technician routes for maximum efficiency
- Schedule appointments and make sure they land in the right place at the right time
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day on updates and changes
- Prep appointments and send customer reminders
- Audit accounts for accuracy and update as needed
- Open up route availability to bring on new customers
