About The Position

As a Route Delivery Helper, you will work alongside an experienced delivery driver to ensure beverage products are delivered, stocked, and displayed at customer locations throughout your assigned route. You'll help serve grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and other retail accounts by ensuring products arrive on time and are presented according to company standards. This role combines delivery support, merchandising, inventory handling, retail service, and customer interaction, making it a great fit for candidates who enjoy variety throughout their workday. You'll assist with unloading products, organizing inventory, setting up displays, stocking coolers and shelves, and helping maintain strong relationships with our customers. No two days are exactly alike. You'll travel throughout the region, work directly with customers, and contribute to the success of some of the most recognized beverage brands in the industry.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol test
Must successfully pass a functional ability test if applicable

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in delivery services, merchandising, warehouse operations, stocking, retail, logistics, route support, food and beverage distribution, loading and unloading, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery team by unloading and transporting beverage products to customer locations, stocking shelves and coolers, building and maintaining product displays, organizing backroom inventory, and ensuring products are properly rotated and merchandised.
Provide professional customer service, communicate effectively with store personnel, and help maintain efficient delivery operations throughout the day.
