About The Position

Culligan Water Wilmington, NC is looking for a motivated individual to provide Routine Delivery Services for our Bottled Water and Water Treatment Customers. Culligan is a World Leader in Water Solutions across the Globe, and the Wilmington Dealership has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years. Daily routes consist of delivery to homes, businesses, governmental facilities, and factories. Excellent driving record, background check, and drug screening necessary. Candidate must be capable of lifting 40+ lbs repetitiously. Looking for an outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills in order to build a positive trusting rapport with customers. Culligan Water of Wilmington has very low employee turnover. We are looking for an individual with a positive work ethic to stay long term and grow with an Employee Valued Company. Eligibility for Group Medical is met after 90 day trial period and premium is paid 100% by the Company. A Simple IRA Retirement plan is offered to eligible employees and includes Employer matching contributions. Drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED
  • A valid driver’s license and transportation to work required
  • Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized
  • Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. repetitiously

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience/certification beneficial
  • 1+ years of route experience preferred, although not required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
  • Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
  • Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
  • End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
