Route Delivery Driver/Commercial Tire Technician

The Route Delivery Driver/Commercial Tire Technician is a vital part of our organization, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to our direct and indirect customers throughout Michigan. This role requires operating a variety of vehicles, including heavy-duty pickup trucks and gooseneck trailers, box trucks, and involves frequent lifting, carrying, and stacking of tires weighing 50–100 pounds. Tires are at the core of what we do. In addition to deliveries, this position includes mounting, dismounting, repairing, and patching commercial truck and agricultural tires, and providing roadside and after-hours emergency tire service. We provide extensive on-the-job training from experienced industry professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and experience operating vehicles and trailers of various sizes. Previous commercial or OTR tire experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Chauffer's License and Medical D.O.T card
- Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and motivation to help others
- Team ability and strong communication skills
- A clean driving record
- The physical ability to lift 50-100 pounds routinely
- A willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Being absolutely unwilling to compromise personal integrity and business ethics for any reason
- Prior commercial driving experience
- Prior commercial tire service experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial or OTR tire experience
