About The Position
Harrington Bottling Company is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Route Delivery Driver (Class C) to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work independently, serve local businesses throughout Southwest Montana, and represent one of the most recognized beverage brands in the industry. As a Route Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver, stock, and merchandise Pepsi products to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, schools, and other customer locations. This role combines driving, customer service, product merchandising, and route management, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on work environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service. With a consistent four-day workweek and three-day weekends, this position provides an excellent work-life balance while offering a stable career in beverage distribution and logistics. The Route Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering beverage products on established local routes while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping store shelves stocked with Pepsi products. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading products, transporting merchandise safely, stocking shelves and displays, rotating product inventory, building promotional displays, and maintaining product freshness standards. Drivers serve as the face of Harrington Bottling Company while providing professional service and support to customers throughout their assigned territory. This position requires the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, delivery carts, and other material handling equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing delivery schedules, and performing physical work throughout the day.
Requirements
- Valid Class C Driver's License
- Maintain a safe driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Capable of safely performing the physical requirements of the position
