About The Position
Harrington Bottling Company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused CDL-A Delivery Driver / Route Driver to join our Helena team. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a long-term career with a leading Montana beverage distributor. As a Local CDL Driver, you will deliver beverage products to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and retail accounts throughout the region. This role combines commercial driving, route delivery, merchandising, customer service, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and move beverage products throughout the day
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience in route delivery, beverage distribution, food service delivery, trucking, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, merchandising, sales delivery, or DSD is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Deliver beverage products on established local routes
- Unload, stock, and merchandise products at customer locations
- Maintain shelves, coolers, displays, and inventory rotation
- Complete delivery documentation and route records
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Perform vehicle inspections and follow DOT safety requirements
