About The Position

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Customer Service Representative for our Santa Ana team. This is a hands-on route position where you'll spend your day on the road working directly with restaurants and commercial customers. You'll manage customer relationships, deliver products, provide service, and help keep customer operations running smoothly. If you like being on the move, managing your own day, and building relationships with customers, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer-service skills
• Comfortable driving and working a physical position
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, positive, and motivated attitude
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout an assigned area
• Provide face-to-face customer service
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Build relationships with restaurant and commercial customers
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot customer concerns
• Load, unload, lift, and move products throughout the workday
• Manage your daily responsibilities independently
