About The Position
Midwest Lubricants is looking for a highly customer-centric route associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering products to your assigned customers and routes in the Remsen area. You will be a direct support to the operations and sales team. You will build strong and positive working relationships with your customers and maintain a highly motivated and driven mentality. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to our company core values and policies.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 3 years driving experience.
- Class B license with tanker endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Execute delivery of accurate products daily
- Drive company vehicle on designated routes to deliver and sell products
- Track customer inventory for correct delivery
- Provide effective customer service to assist in issues concerning Midwest Lubricant customers
- Process accurate and effective billing to match delivered product
- Complete end of the day administrative tasks including unloading the truck and preparing for next day's route
- Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service during product delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory
