About The Position
This role supports field operations and general oilfield maintenance tasks. The Roustabout will assist with general oilfield site support and maintenance, perform light equipment operation and manual labor as needed, and support fluid transfers, site clean-up, and other routine operational tasks. The position requires the safe operation of hand tools and adherence to all safety protocols and procedures. The Roustabout will work alongside field operators and technicians to ensure efficient site operations and must report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Must reside within commuting distance of Brandon, MS (Jackson Dome) (no relocation or housing provided)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug test, MVR, fit for duty and agility test
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in varying outdoor conditions
- Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
Nice To Haves
- Previous oilfield or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
