About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Oil and Gas Roustabout to support operations in the oil and gas industry. The role involves performing a range of tasks to help ensure the smooth functioning of rigs and facilities. It requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. The schedule is 40–60 hours per week and is not rotational.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous oil and gas industry experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform manual labor.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain relevant safety certifications.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on well sites and production facilities.
Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, and generators.
Support other divisions of DSI on joint projects.
Clean and maintain work areas in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Help assemble and disassemble equipment as needed.
Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
Follow supervisors’ instructions and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and report issues or hazards to appropriate personnel.
Perform safety checks and documentation for self and crews.
