The Roustabout with CDL supports field operations by assisting crews with equipment, site cleanup, material transportation, and general labor tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, safe driving practices, and the ability to work outdoors in changing conditions while helping keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Oil Field experience
  • Class A CDL required
  • Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
  • Thorough knowledge of oilfield machinery and repair
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a “safety first” mentality
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects
  • Per federal DOT regulations (49 CFR § 391.11), applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to safely perform the duties of a CDL/DOT driver.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and transport equipment and materials as needed
  • Load and unloading materials and equipment
  • Participate in daily JSA meetings
  • Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly safety meetings
  • Clean and prepare construction sites
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Build and take down temporary structures
  • General labor as instructed by management
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and leads and implement construction plans
