This position requires extreme attention to details and a thorough knowledge of the work procedures and component applications. The employee will be responsible for producing high quality parts for the next internal customer in the chain.   • Ability to read and follow instructions

  • Must be able to read prints
  • Use micrometers, verniers, snap gauges
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the machinery in department 7 such as die cast, small rotor final, spin cast, fab rotor, etc.
  • Visually inspect parts and detect defects and make necessary changes with quality guidelines
  • Read a tape measurer
  • Comply with company quality and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
