About The Position

The Rotational Program - Marketing and Communications enables you to gain exposure to multiple teams within Marketing & Communications (M&C) through a comprehensive program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience while executing meaningful projects. M&C helps accelerate our business growth across TIAA and Nuveen's expanding portfolio of products and services through a variety of audience-aligned campaigns and supports the enterprise with activities spanning brand, communications, content, platforms, research, business management and strategy. Each rotation lasts 8 months and is designed to give you deep exposure to multiple disciplines within M&C while improving business knowledge and building an overall understanding of the company. This job is assigned a mentor who provides ongoing coaching and feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
No Experience Required
Must have authorization to work in the U.S., and not require current or future work visa sponsorship to retain authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Gains knowledge across various M&C functions (Client Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand, Communications, etc.).
Develops skills and gains experience to ensure a successful career at TIAA.
Executes project activities by understanding objectives, meeting timelines and communicating results.
Assists in preparing information and research materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
Researches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.
Attends required trainings and meetings.
Shadows multiple marketing career paths and trains in a variety of function-related tasks.
Leverages academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges.
