About The Position

Henkel's 24-month Rotational Program for Adhesive Technologies is designed to develop a talent pipeline with accelerated knowledge of Henkel gained through immersive learning experiences, leading to diverse career opportunities across their Adhesives business in the United States. This program offers opportunities to learn new skills, advance careers, and make an impact at Henkel. The position is within the Consumer Brands business unit, focusing on Laundry & Home Care and Hair products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Mobility is required; you will work in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotations across various company locations within the region.
  • Previous internship, co-op, summer job, or other hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused environment.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in technical sales.
  • Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
  • Available for full-time employment August 2027.
  • Participation in this program requires valid U.S. work authorization. Henkel is unable to provide visa sponsorship, petitioning, or immigration support for this program.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience across multiple sales functions, including account management, inside sales, and strategic portfolio support.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver innovative technical solutions.
  • Drive high-impact projects focused on customer engagement, growth strategies, and commercial excellence.
  • Build strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-management skills while working directly with business leaders.
  • Develop a broad understanding of industrial markets, products, and customer needs through real-world business experience and customer interactions.
  • Engage directly with customers through site visits, meetings, and industry events to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business challenges.
