About The Position
The Rotational Engineer Program is a three-year development program with rotations at the Americas regional engineering center and manufacturing plants. Rotational Engineers develop a foundation in the Lanxess organization and core engineering skills prior to taking engineering roles at manufacturing plants in North America. Rotational Engineers learn hands-on by developing compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during their rotations.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 0 - 3 years of engineering experience
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Domestic travel and relocation over a period of 2 - 3 years
Nice To Haves
- Prior intern/co-op experience in manufacturing and/or design preferred
