About The Position
Lockton Affinity in Overland Park is seeking highly motivated, curious, and talented individuals to participate in our Summer Rotational Internship Program. The 10-week program will allow interns to explore multiple aspects of the business while working with and learning from a variety of Lockton Affinity Associates. The program is a hands-on experience where interns will gain insight to Lockton Affinity’s core departments by rotating through: Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Client Solutions.
Requirements
- Students entering their senior year
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Proficient user with all Microsoft Products.
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated leadership potential is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Explore multiple aspects of the business while working with and learning from a variety of Lockton Affinity Associates.

- Gain experience working on a group project that culminates in a formal presentation.
