About The Position

Worley’s Graduate Development Rotational Program is a two-year program for early-career professionals, with two structured rotations across engineering and project delivery, project services, and field operations. Rotations may take place in office and field-based environments and provide exposure to project execution from concept through completion and handover. Graduates work with experienced professionals and mentors to apply academic knowledge in practical settings and develop technical expertise, business and commercial awareness, project controls literacy, and skills in risk, safety, stakeholder, and client management. The program includes structured learning, mentorship, performance feedback, and leadership development, with the goal of building skills for a long-term career with Worley. The role supports projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction, contributing to delivery that meets company, customer, and regulatory requirements for schedule, budget, and quality. Activities vary by rotation and may include engineering studies and design, project controls, and field execution support. Graduates collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to project documentation and meetings, participate in design reviews and site activities, identify and escalate risks, and apply health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The position also requires adaptability, accountability, and a proactive approach to learning in a project-based environment.
