About The Position
This position requires good vision, hearing, and hand-eye coordination. The individual must be able to follow written work instructions, multitask, and meet production goals and deadlines. Strong team orientation, good communication skills, and great attention to detail are essential. The role involves regular lifting of up to 50lbs, and gripping, pushing, and pulling with 80lb strength. Occasional pinch strength of 15lbs is required. The job also includes performing elevated work occasionally, standing on concrete for up to 8 hours, and performing repetitive activities. Willingness to cross-train within the classification, follow all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean workstation and equipment are necessary. The position requires the ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities
- Use vibratory tools on a regular basis.
- Identify areas to be cleaned from the casting per the work instruction.
- Determine which tools are used for different castings.
- Identify and remove excess materials from casting per the customer requirements.
- Compare and complete paperwork necessary to identify work performed on casting.
- Work independently or in a team when necessary.
- Follow all safety rules and wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean workstation and clean equipment.
