ROTA Nanny
About The Position
We are looking for warm, loving, and experienced ROTA nannies to support our families long-term. Our families are seeking candidates with infant care experience, multiple-children experience, and at least 5 years of professional childcare experience (5-10 years preferred). Experience supporting HNW families in a ROTA capacity and full flexibility to travel and support the family during work days (generally 2 weeks on/two weeks off) is required. Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the US. We look for exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity, and high emotional intelligence. All specific duties will be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child-related duties.
Requirements
- Infant care experience
- Multiple-children experience
- At least 5 years of professional childcare experience
- Experience supporting HNW families in a ROTA capacity
- Full flexibility to travel and support the family during your work days (generally 2 weeks on/two weeks off)
