About The Position
Acuren is currently recruiting for Rope Access NDT Level 1 Technicians (PT2) to join our team in the Fort McMurray area. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to grow your skills, expand your expertise, and make a real impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Position Information: Start date: As soon as possible. 6/1 rotation, 12-hour shifts. Need: PT2 & IRATA Level 1 Certification, or willingness to obtain. Fly-in-fly-out from all major hubs in Canada. Camp provided.
Requirements
- CGSB Level 1 Certification (PT)
- IRATA Level 1 Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
- Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
- Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meets quality and safety objectives and project time-lines.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with Clients.
