The rootEd Pathways Advisor (Program Coordinator I P11), under general supervision, coordinates the planning, development and implementation of assigned programs - providing a support system that promotes student engagement and supporting implementation of program objectives. The position provides embedded transition, pathway, and career advising support designed to strengthen post-secondary access, persistence, workforce alignment, and student success across rural and under-resourced communities. The Advisor works collaboratively with students, families, school personnel, institutional stakeholders, and regional and community partners to support postsecondary planning, workforce pathway development, educational transitions, and navigation of educational, workforce, and community-based resources. The position assists with implementation of pathway advising and student support initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, grant objectives, and regional workforce needs.
