As Rooms Supervisor at the Embassy Suites SF Airport - Waterfront, you will be responsible for assisting Front Desk and Housekeeping with daily operations, managing daily room assignments for VIPs and special requests, and preparing daily forecasts of expected arrivals and departures. You will also help resolve customer complaints, conduct daily pre-shift meetings, and supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves completing reports, verifying status reports, updating the property management system, performing linen inventory, collaborating with Housekeeping to manage rooms inventory for maximum occupancy and profitability, overseeing the Lost & Found, coordinating training for front desk and housekeeping teams, and monitoring par stock to order supplies. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned or required.
