About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Rooms MIT (Management in Training) at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. The role involves learning and adhering to Four Seasons' standards and culture to provide exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include understanding hotel products and services, anticipating guest needs, managing aspects of the Rooms Division operations, and exhibiting Four Seasons Leadership Behaviors. The position requires working harmoniously with colleagues, maintaining confidentiality, and understanding the company's philosophy. The MIT will attend and participate in required meetings and training, and perform other tasks as requested by management, while complying with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in hotel environment with a passion for the industry
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow standards and cultural standards so that we expertly serve guests by providing exceptional knowledge of hotel products and services.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Learn to manage and execute components of Rooms Division operation, learn and exhibit Four Seasons Leadership Behaviours.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors; maintain discretion and confidentiality, including matters relating to guests, staff, and the company.
- Understand Four Seasons’ style, practices, culture, terminology, and general philosophy. Use these principles as guideline for behavior.
- Attend, participate in and occasionally lead required meetings or training events and perform other tasks as requested by management.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the employee handbook.
