Requirements

At least two years of progressive experience in Housekeeping.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Strong understanding of cleanliness and guest service standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain high standards and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills.
Sound judgment.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Consistently follow all hotel safety and security procedures.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Rooms Inspector or Housekeeping Supervisor.
Basic knowledge of Opera.
Previous supervisory responsibility.
Hospitality industry experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections and provide accurate reporting of all areas cleaned by the Housekeeping Department, including guest rooms and public areas.
Ensure all assigned areas are clean, properly maintained, well-stocked, and in compliance with hotel standards.
Inspect guest rooms and public spaces.
Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear, and report any concerns to Housekeeping leadership.
Check and count linens and supplies according to hotel standards.
Complete inspection checklists and housekeeping reports.
Notify the Engineering Department of any repairs or maintenance issues.
Identify training opportunities and provide guidance and direction to Room Attendants on cleanliness and quality standards.
Assist with cleaning duties and other departmental responsibilities as needed.
