About The Position

As a Room Service Server at Concord Hospitality, you will deliver warm, attentive service that enhances each guest’s stay. You enjoy making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in presenting meals professionally and thoughtfully. You will provide formal, polished in-room dining service while ensuring safety, accuracy, and exceptional hospitality. A ServSafe or approved alcohol-training certification is required.

Requirements

Prior food & beverage or serving experience preferred.
Strong communication and guest-service skills.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of proper food handling, presentation, and temperature control.
ServSafe and/or approved alcohol training certification required.
Ability to perform various kitchen or service support tasks during each shift.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, ensuring proper temperature, presentation, and completeness of each order.
Provide professional, courteous service—including formal greetings, meal explanations, and assistance with additional guest needs.
Maintain strong knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and service standards.
Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
Assist in dining rooms, bistros, or other food & beverage outlets as needed.
Communicate clearly and pleasantly with guests and team members.
Handle busy or unusual situations calmly and professionally.
Support F&B leadership by identifying guest issues and offering solutions.
Maintain reliable, regular, and punctual attendance.
