About The Position

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a friendly, attentive, and proactive Room Service Server with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Room Service Server, you'll do more than deliver food and beverages—you'll create memorable moments by bringing the light and warmth of hospitality directly to our guests' rooms.

Requirements

• A minimum of six months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Open availability and the flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with English-speaking guests and respond professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• A strong commitment to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a genuine heart for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
