About The Position

This role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, answering questions, and suggesting food and beverage options. The associate will take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness, accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance, and maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station. Additionally, the role includes handling VIP amenity setups and following safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus)
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift
Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
