About The Position

The Room Service Associate (RSA) is responsible for transporting Room Service Carts to units to deliver meals to patients, requiring exceptional customer service skills. This role demands excellent communication and a pleasant, cheerful demeanor when interacting with patients, nurses, and other customers. The RSA also manages nursing unit bulk nourishment inventories and ensures the unit nourishment kitchens are tidy. They are expected to relay any identified problems to their Supervisor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in their work area. Flexibility with schedule times is essential, and the associate will complete any other duties as assigned.
