About The Position
The Room Inspector inspects rooms, verifies and reports room status and discrepancies, and enters information into the property management system as needed. The position may also involve completing work orders, performing Room Attendant and/or House Person duties, assisting in training Room Attendants, and responding to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. The employer conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle checks, and criminal background checks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect rooms, verify and report room status and/or discrepancies, and enter information into the property management system as needed.

- Perform Room Attendant and/or House Person duties as needed.
- Assist in training Room Attendants as needed.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
