Nice To Haves

Supervisory or housekeeping experience preferred
Previous room inspection experience a plus
Team player who's willing to roll up their sleeves when the floor needs it.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Assign daily room lists to Room Attendants and manage workload throughout the shift.
Conduct thorough inspections of guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobbies for cleanliness and condition.
Examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains, damage, or wear; document and report findings.
Address and resolve guest complaints about housekeeping service professionally and promptly.
Support Room Attendant training and step in for Housekeeping Management when needed.
Write supply requisitions and maintenance work orders; report room redecoration needs.
Assist with hands-on cleaning and laundry tasks as workload demands.
Distribute new stock items to Room Attendants as directed.
