About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood is looking to hire a Room Attendant. This role involves cleaning guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, and providing great guest service. Both morning and evening shift positions are available, with some flexibility in the work schedule. The position requires the ability to work efficiently within a time frame, follow detailed cleaning protocols, and handle light to heavy lifting. The ideal candidate can work with little or no supervision and must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms, including changing the bed linens and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom
• Straighten furniture and return chairs and tables to the appropriate areas
• Check the general conditions of the room and notify supervisor of any malfunction or damage
• Some light and heavy lifting
• Provide great guest service
• Ability to clean rooms efficiently within a time frame
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ready guest rooms
