About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. This role involves cleaning rooms/suites as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. Tasks include cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. The Room Attendant will also report any discrepancies or maintenance issues to the supervisor and provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests. This is a full-time position that requires availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
• Engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Clean floors, vacuum, change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
