About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and attractive guest rooms while following company standards and safety and security procedures. This role ensures the timely and proper cleaning of guest rooms on a daily basis, while also responding promptly to guest requests, including turndown service requests, to help deliver a seamless and welcoming guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
