This role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and no dust is present. It also includes restocking towels, toiletries, and amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines safely, and handling linen. Maintaining an organized cart and closets is essential. The position may also involve assisting with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Customer service mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina – ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift
• Flexible schedule – availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas

• Keep cart and closets organized
• Pitch in with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed
