Hyatt Place Lexington is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential to delivering the clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment our guests expect. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent work
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Dependability and strong time-management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- A positive attitude and commitment to great guest service
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to Hyatt brand standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and refreshing amenities
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies
- Respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and housekeeping carts
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas while ensuring quality and consistency
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
